Meet Our OCD & Anxiety Specialists
Finding the right therapist is about more than finding someone with the right letters after their name.
At River City OCD Clinic, our team includes psychologists, psychological practitioners and associates, and administrative professionals who share a commitment to specialized, evidence-based care for OCD, anxiety, perfectionism, trauma-related concerns, and related conditions.
Our clinicians bring different personalities, backgrounds, clinical interests, and areas of expertise to the work. What we share is a collaborative, straightforward approach to treatment, and the belief that therapy should ultimately help people build greater freedom to participate in lives that matter to them.
Because specialization matters. But so does finding someone you can actually imagine sitting in a room with every week.
Come Grow and Laugh with Us!
Therapy is personal. Sometimes it helps to see the people behind the credentials before deciding whether you might want to work with one of us.
Get to know some of the River City OCD Clinic team in our visit with WHAS-11's Great Day Live, where we talk about OCD, anxiety, group therapy, and what treatment at River City looks like.

Not Your Average Therapy Team
Our clinicians specialize in evidence-based treatment for OCD, OCD-related conditions, anxiety, perfectionism, trauma-related concerns, and other difficulties that frequently overlap with these concerns.
For OCD, our work is grounded primarily in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and informed by Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Depending on the person and the concern being treated, our clinicians may also draw from approaches such as Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Habit Reversal Training (HRT), cognitive behavioral approaches, mindfulness, and other evidence-based interventions.
We share a treatment philosophy. We are not, however, interchangeable therapists manufactured in an ERP laboratory. Each member of our clinical team brings different training, interests, experiences, personalities, and areas of focus to the work.

The People Who Keep the Place Running
Good therapy requires good clinicians.
A functioning clinic also requires someone who knows where everything is, what everyone is supposed to be doing, and why the rest of us haven't completed the form we were asked to complete three days ago.

Jazmine Sharp
Office Manager
Jazmine helps keep the day-to-day operations of River City OCD Clinic moving and is often one of the first people clients encounter when contacting our office. She helps coordinate scheduling, communication, administrative needs, and the many behind-the-scenes details that allow our clinicians to focus on providing care.
Ready to Find the Right Therapist?
You don't need to know which clinician is the perfect fit before contacting us.
In fact, trying to make the perfect therapist choice before you're allowed to begin would be a slightly ironic requirement for an OCD and anxiety clinic.
If you're looking for specialized treatment for OCD, anxiety, perfectionism, trauma-related concerns, or a related difficulty, our team can help determine which River City clinician or service may be appropriate based on your needs, age, location, availability, and treatment goals.
River City OCD Clinic provides in-person treatment in Louisville, Kentucky, along with eligible telehealth services when clinically appropriate and permitted by applicable licensure requirements.
Whether you're looking for individual therapy, group support, intensive treatment, psychological assessment, or simply help figuring out where to begin, starting the conversation is enough.
The first step doesn't have to be choosing perfectly. It can simply be taking the next one.
