OCD Specialists. Real People. Clear Direction.

At River City OCD Clinic, our mission is simple:
help people build lives that are no longer organized around fear.
We specialize in the treatment of OCD, anxiety, and OCD-related conditions using evidence-based approaches like Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
Whether you’re just starting treatment or picking it back up, we’re here to help you move forward with clarity, direction, and support.

Our Story
Before River City OCD Clinic existed, we were already doing this work.
Dr. Street Russell ("Dr. Street") and Sara Sutphin spent years working together in highly specialized OCD settings—including the former Louisville OCD Clinic—where treating OCD wasn’t just part of the job, it was the job.
Over time, that changed. The clinics we worked in expanded their focus onto other priorities, and OCD became one of many things being treated rather than the primary specialty.
But for us, OCD was always the focus.
And the vision stayed the same:
Create a clinic where OCD treatment is the specialty, not the side offering.
River City OCD Clinic is that vision, fully realized.
Why We Rebranded
River City OCD Clinic is a division of Reclaim Wellness Group, but with a clearer identity and purpose.
In 2025, we made the decision to discontinue ketamine services and medication management. This wasn’t a step back—it was a step toward something more focused.
This shift allowed us to fully dedicate our work to what we do best:
-
OCD
-
Anxiety disorders
-
OCD-related disorders (OCDRs) like body-focused repetitive behaviors (BFRBs)
-
PTSD
-
Perfectionism
-
Phobias
The rebrand reflects that clarity.
We’re not a general mental health clinic.
We’re a specialty OCD clinic.

OCD Treatment Services in Louisville
Everything we offer is built around evidence-based care for OCD and anxiety:
Our approach centers on:
-
Cognitive Processing Therapy
-
Habit Reversal Training
-
Mindfulness-based approaches
No fluff. No surface-level strategies.
Just treatment that actually targets how OCD works.
A Note on Ketamine & Other Treatments
Discontinuing ketamine services was not a rejection of its potential.
We’ve seen firsthand how meaningful those experiences can be for people dealing with treatment-resistant conditions.
We continue to respect and support the growing research in this area.
If you’re exploring ketamine or other emerging treatments, we’re happy to help point you toward trusted providers.
Where We're Headed
We’re continuing to grow in ways that increase access to specialized OCD care:
-
Expanding outreach and education
-
Bringing in additional OCD specialists
-
Offering more groups, workshops, and resources
Because getting the right treatment shouldn’t take 10+ years.
