
Sara Wallace, M.A., LPA is a licensed psychological associate who specializes in the treatment of OCD, eating disorders, and related conditions using evidence-based approaches such as Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Family-Based Therapy (FBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). At River City OCD Clinic, she works with adolescents and adults to build practical skills, navigate difficult thoughts and emotions, and create more balanced, meaningful lives.
Sara earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Western Kentucky University in 2017. She completed her graduate internship at a residential substance use treatment center in Tennessee and later worked as a primary therapist in a Women’s DBT program.
Sara believes in providing compassionate, collaborative care and is committed to helping clients build meaningful, balanced lives using empirically supported treatments tailored to their individual needs.
Sara is currently being supervised by Dr. Street Russell, PsyD, HSPP.
