Group Therapy
Living with OCD or anxiety can feel isolating—but you don’t have to go through it alone.
Our therapy groups bring together people working toward similar goals in recovery. Led by clinicians who specialize in OCD and anxiety, these groups offer a space for connection, accountability, and real-world practice of the skills that support lasting change.
Many participants describe group as a turning point—a place where things finally click, and where they’re not the only one dealing with this.
Together, members strengthen what they’re learning in therapy, face challenges with support, and build momentum toward a life less driven by fear and avoidance.
